Payment by electronic email transfer is acceptable as the form of payment for this project. If payment is not received within 14 days of completion of the project, a 1.5% late payment fee will apply.

            If a cleaning is needed at the time of starting work, a charge will be added on  top of the costs of the estimate. A charge of "4 hours @ $150 per hour" or more  may apply. 

           Estimates and/or quotes are only valid for "7 days" and are subject  to change due to increased cost of materials, supplies and outside  influences.

            The above listed is just a very basic description of what all the procedures are,  there is of course, a great many details we have not listed but if curious, can be  explained in greater detail.

            Estimates are provided on a "best endeavours" only, work will be charged  based upon the price of parts provided by Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair  plus labour which will be charged by the hour or part thereof and may include  time taken to research, source and purchase any materials provided, prices  may change with industry increased costs and fluctuations.  

         It is always to our best abilities that when protecting your property with our  masking   (paper masking, tape, plastic poly) that we are very careful not to do any damage, but if delicates, keepsakes and valuables are not removed before the  masking process Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair, its owners, employees, sub-contractors, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors are not legally liable for any damages or losses. It is the owners responsibilities to remove any and all items of sentiment and value from the working areas.

           To the best of our ability, a "touch up and repair" is defined as follows: 

The repair is not easily noticeable to 3 feet (industry standards). We do our best to do better   than this but a touch up is only a cosmetic fix for appearance and function and "NOT" a   guarantee of "brand new".

             Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair, its owners, employees, sub-contractors, agents,   assigns, legal representatives and successors are not legally liable for any damages not caused by Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair representatives, repairs due to accidents, climate changes or acts of God to completed work once the contract is fulfilled. If client is insistent of completion of work during inclement weather conditions Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair is not liable for any work done that fails.  Any exterior work of any kind is only covered  on a 30 day guarantee, any further touch ups and repairs will be at owners expense. Color changes or changes to finish once completed will be at an additional expense to owners.

            The listed estimate and details, is just a very basic description of what all the procedures are, there is of course, a great many details we have not listed but if curious, a further explanation of procedures can be given.

            Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair can only be held liable for the extent of  works   carried out by Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair. No liability shall be accepted in respect of defects in existing installations or in respect of parts not manufactured by Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair.  Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the     customer or other household members or guests before, during or after such works have been carried out. Damage done by trades persons during or after our work will be at additional costs if repairs are needed.

           Floor Repair Clause      

Floor repairs are to best efforts but are "NOT" guaranteed.  Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair is not liable for any defects or functionality that may occur due to repairs. Any and all finishing defects such as flaking, stain color failure, or de-lamination is not warrantied by Kyle's Wood Touch Up And Repair.
